Katia Insta Granny is one of the coolest yarns to drop this season!  We all love a multi colored crochet granny square, and now, magically, with one ball, you can create a multi-colored granny square!  How amazing is that.  Also, did you know, sparkles works with crochet!

This is the Deb Cardi Crochet kit.  Pattern is NOT included in this but a printout PDF is included with the schematic and tips.  You can also find these tips on the Ravelry Project page here.

I used MEGA Bling in every square about 2 - 4 rounds per square.  MEGA Bling is NOT included with this kit, I highly recommend you pick a few colors to go with your kit, HERE  It will be amazebling!

The measurements for this specific kit are as follows.   To make your Cardi wider by 26" you could add 12 extra squares along the side (+ 4 balls).  Please note, you will need extra border yarn if you do this.  Please email me if you have questions.
- Each square is 5 rounds (not including final seaming border in grey): 6.5" x 6.5"
- Front length including bottom border: 21"
- Back width underarm: 22"
- Each side piece including front band: 8.75"
- Side seam length including bottom border: 12"
- Armhole depth: 9.5"
- Shoulder length including front band: 10"
- Center back to sleeve cuff: 27"
- Sleeve length including cuff: 15"
- Front border width: 1.5"
- Bottom border width: 0.5"
- Cuff around 6"
- Cuff border width: 0.5"

  • Katia Insta Granny x 9 balls 9color 109).
  • Cascade Heritage 6 x 2 skeins + Lang Yarns Paillettes x 4 balls.

Also included, the free pattern booklet specific to Katia Insta Granny:  Patterns include: Cowl (3 balls); Sweater (14 balls); Blanket (20 balls).

THIS KIT DOES NOT INCLUDE THESE ITEMS THAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5mm or 5.5mm/H-8 - I-9 hook, depending on your gauge.  I used a 5.5mm.
  • MEGA Bling (Optional)
  • Tapestry needle to weave in ends.

1 ball = 3 granny squares (5 rounds of color + yarn to sew/crochet squares together) + 1 color repeat for sewing/crocheting squares together.
