How much do I pay for shipping?

  • Standard shipping through Canada Post (Regular Parcel Service, no tracking on International orders or letters 7 -14 days): All orders within Canada and/or USA are free!
  • Expedited tracked package 4 - 7 days within Canada & US: $15.00 CAD
  • Expedited tracked package 2 - 3 days within Canada & US: $25.00 CAD
  • International shipments, other than USA (no tracking) 24 - 85 days: $12.00 CAD
  • International Booklet shipment, other than USA (no tracking) 24 - 32 days: $8.00 CAD

Canada orders take 3 - 7 business days.
USA orders take 10 - 14 business days.
International orders take 24 - 84 days

International purchases (other than USA): $12.00 CAD
Booklets sent Internationally (other than USA): $8 CAD

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! Your order may take a bit longer to get to you, but we have shipped all over the world!  Typically, there is no tracking number on shipments due to the increased pricing.  If you prefer a tracking number send us an email and I can give you a quote for the extra cost. 

I have just lowered the price for all International (other than USA) shipments! Yay!

When will my order be shipped?
All shipments go out 1 - 2 days of purchase unless otherwise specified on product page.

If a multiple product order includes a PREORDER, the shipment will go out once the preorder can be fulfilled.

All PREORDER updates, ETA and set dates will be updated on the product page.  Preorder estimates are estimates, subject to change.  We do everything in our power to deliver on time and will communicate if dates change.

All PDF patterns that do not require shipping and will be delivered via PDF to the email address provided.  

Booklets and Knit kits include both PDF download and Hardcopy.

What forms of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal

How do I get my patterns?
Single patterns and eBooks arrive via email the purchaser provides.  Printed books and Booklets will be sent through Canada Post (not tracking).
Kits {yarn & patterns} include the printed pattern with the yarn.  A digital copy is usually provided upon purchase and can be requested if not.

Will you wind my yarn? 
Some of the yarns are already in ball form.  Yarns that are in skeins are not wound prior to shipment.  If you request ball winding, a fee may be required and all sales are final.

Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
Yes, if we have not sent it, then you can absolutely make changes.  Please send an email with your name and order number and we will do our best to accommodate.

There was a mistake in my order, what should I do?
Live chat or use the contact form to contact us immediately if there has been a mistake.  Emails sent within 30 days will be looked into and assessed, beyond the 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot look into the order.  Your business matters to us, we will do our best to fix the mistake. 

Can I return my order?
Please note, there are no returns on patterns, needles, hooks or sale items.
You have 30 days to make any returns. 
Please use the live chat or contact form to contact us first before you send any products back.  Unapproved returns may be refused without refund and returned to the shipper.
All shipping costs to and from The Crafty Jackalope are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All returns must be in the exact condition they arrived.  No used products wound yarn, or yarn without labels can be returned.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods, please contact Canada Post for placing a claim.
