Happy Monday #TCJMonday
First up, I want to let you all know I lowered the shipping rates slightly. It is not a huge change, especially for the US shipping, but it is something.
- Shipping within Canada went from $12.00 to $10.00
- Shipping to US went from $18.00 - $17.00
Today I wanted to show you the cool notion kits we offer. And I have a new product, I only have 4 pairs...and they are super cute....
Over the last few weeks I have shown you the Uashmama notion kits which are truly fabulous.
Our most popular kit is called the Basic Notion Kit, which it is just that. It is the perfect starter kit with all the essentials tools. Everything comes in a super slim metal hinged box that easily fits into any size project bag, purse or pocket.
Each kit comes with:

- 10 seamless SILVER signature metal ring stitch markers (up to size 5mm (8US)
- 5 coiless removable stitch markers
- 2 different size darning/tapestry needles
- 1 cute button
If you do a lot or a little finishing work this kit is the perfect accessory keep in your knitting bag.
Each kit comes with the following supplies in a cute round tin
- 1 white retractable measuring tape

And Finally, this is my favorite. I was only able to get 4 pairs...that is not very many sets.... These Petites Scissors are so adorable and special, every crafter will appreciate them. It's the little treasures in your tool kits that make knitting, crocheting and crafting most delightful!

I don't know about you, but here in rainy Vancouver, all I can think about today is curling up with my cat and my knitting.
But, it is Monday, the start to the week and there is a lot of work to be done! I am a list maker; every Monday I start a weekly list of all the things I need to accomplish. It is a work in progress list; I cross off tasks completed and add new tasks as the week progresses. How do you organize your weeks?
Enough about work, let's talk about knitting! To me notions, tools, accessories are very important in the process of knitting, crocheting & crafting. I love a great set of scissors, a beautiful yarn bowl, a cute project bag, great tapestry needles and mostly, fabulous stitch markers!
I am picky about my stitch markers. I have tried a lot but always go back to the simple ones: metal no snag, no join stitch markers.
TCJ offers stitch markers in three sizes of in a variety of metallic colors: gold, silver, & bronze.
The smallest size stitch markers I offer called MICRO MINI STITCH MARKERS, are good up to size 3.5mm (4US) needles. These are perfect for very small projects especially socks. 30 stitch markers come in a cute keep sake tin.
The MEDIUM STITCH MARKERS are my go-to size. I use these ones the most. They are good up to size 5mm (8US). They come in a cute keep sake tin 20 count or 30 count. These stitch markers are also available in 20 count in a cute mini envelope if you prefer. Use coupon code: STITCHMARKER at check out when purchasing the markers in the envelopes only to get $10 off which covers the cost of shipping in Canada and partial shipping in USA.
The LARGE STITCH MARKERS currently are only offered in gold. These markers are good up to size 8mm (11US) needles. You can either purchase 30 in a keep sake tin or 10 or 20 in an envelope. Use coupon code: STITCHMARKER at check out when purchasing the markers in the envelopes only to get $10 off which covers the cost of shipping in Canada and partial shipping in USA.
