NOTICE - TARIFFS - October 2025
USA Shipping has resumed.  All packages going to the USA will now have a tariff charge that will be automatically calculated at checkout and will be shown on a separate line.  Tariffs are calculated by Shopify based on where the product is made.  Because of the increase custom and broker fees, US shipping has increased slightly. 

ALL GNOME ADVENTS, SINGLES, SETS of 3, and SETS of 5 are CUSMA approved.  This means there will be NO TARFIFF CHARGES.  That being said, Shopify cannot distinguish between CUSMA and NON-CUSMA certified products. You will be charged the tariff, but I WILL REFUND THE TARIFF CHARGE UPON FULFILLMENT FOR ALL GNOMES.

The tariff laws are ever changing and the added time and research to ship packages to the US takes time and can be frustrating.  Please be patient and excuse any delays.

Shipping
- All PDF patterns that do not require shipping and will be delivered via PDF to the email address provided.
- All shipments go out 1 - 2 days of purchase unless otherwise specified on product page.
- We use Chit Chats for all US/CANADA and all International shipping which uses the services of Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service for Canada & USPS for all USA orders. 
- All CANADIAN orders under 100g go through CANADA POST.
- All patterns, booklets, face masks, packages under 100g in Canada are subject for NO TRACKING.
- We use Chit Chats for Regular Parcel Service for International orders. Chit Chats uses Canada Post, USPS, or ASENDIA.

  • Standard shipping through Chit Chats (Regular Parcel Service, with tracking on domestic CAD orders & letters 7 -14 days): 
    • Booklets or orders $0.01 - $15.00CAD within Canada: $8CAD. NO TRACKING.
    • Orders $0.01 - $149.99CAD Expedited tracked package 7 - 14 days within Canada: $15.00CAD
    • Orders $150CAD + Expedited tracked package 7 - 14 days within Canada: $30.00CAD
    • Orders over $295CAD FREE SHIPPING.
  • Standard shipping through Chit Chats (Regular Parcel Service, with tracking on domestic US orders & letters 7 -14 days): 
    • Booklets or orders $0.01 - $15.00CAD within US: $15.00CAD. NO TRACKING.
    • Orders $0.01 - $149.99CAD Expedited tracked package 7 - 14 days within US: $20.00CAD
    • Orders $150CAD + Expedited tracked package 7 - 14 days within US: $35.00CAD
    • Orders over $295CAD FREE SHIPPING.
  • International shipments, other than USA (with tracking) 24 - 85 days:
    • Orders $0.01 - $175.99CAD: $35.00CAD
    • Orders $176CAD - $375 are $45.00CAD
    • Orders $375.01CAD + are $60CAD
    • Booklets, other than USA (no tracking) 24 - 32 days: $8.00 CAD

Canada orders take 4 - 14 business days.
USA orders take 4 - 14 business days.
International orders (over seas) take 24 - 84 days.

Please note, The Crafty Jackalope is not responsible for any lost or miss-delivered packages where the incorrect shipping address was provided.  Please contact Shipping Carrier for all damaged claims or questions.

Returns
All returns must be approved.  Please contact me using the live chat or contact form before sending any product back.  Unapproved returns will not be considered for a full refund.

Please note that returns or exchanges for unused yarn are available within 30 days of original purchase.  No refunds or exchanges on patterns or needles. 
All shipping costs on returns & exchanges to and from are your responsibility unless The Crafty Jackalope shipment was incorrect. 
We strongly suggest that you ensure all items to be exchanged and returned as we cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in shipping.
